Here’s a brief overview of the audit process:

  • 30min intro meeting / "therapy" venting session to evaluate your CX pain points

  • 5 - 7 biz days of deep-diving into your website, help center, and any additional relevant resources (SOPs, etc)

  • 30 - 45 min meeting review of our findings + a deck of suggestions that you can either choose to implement yourself or request help from us!
