What is your favorite aspect of CX to work on? My favorite aspect is bringing together the whole brand experience. I love seeing unity between what consumers see on socials/media and whats happening in the inbox!

How do you stay on top of the latest CX trends? LinkedIn and conversations with members of the Inevitable team/other people working in CX. Sharing Ideas and thoughts are so important to growth in this industry.

What’s your favorite IA memory? Our first event in San Diego! I was super nervous being new to this industry, but me, Sierra, and Jackie stuck together (since it was our first Inevitable event!) and being surrounded by people who I trust and adore made me feel so welcomed and allowed me to step out of my comfort zone.
